Warranty
What Our Warranty Covers
Your Aurlet piece is covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use. If your jewelry is found to have a genuine production fault, our specialists will carefully repair and restore it so it returns to you looking and performing as beautifully as intended.
What Is Covered
- ✓ Broken clasp due to a manufacturing fault
- ✓ Loose stone setting caused by incorrect prong work during production
- ✓ Structural failure e.g. a link breaking due to poor soldering, not impact damage
- ✓ Surface finishing defects present at time of purchase
What Is Not Covered
- ✗ Scratches, dents, or surface wear from daily use — this is natural to gold
- ✗ Damage from impact, bending, or dropping
- ✗ Loss of the piece or stones lost due to accidental impact
- ✗ Damage from chemicals perfume, bleach, chlorine, cleaning products
- ✗ Resizing carried out by a third party
- ✗ Changes in surface finish over time — a natural characteristic of real gold, not a defect

A NOTE ON GOLD
Gold & Natural Evolution
Solid gold — especially in the 6KT to 14KT range — is designed for durability. However, real gold is a living metal. Over time and with daily wear, subtle changes in surface texture and finish are expected and natural.
These changes are not defects. They are signs that you are wearing real gold. A piece that evolves with use is doing exactly what it is meant to do.
White gold pieces may benefit from rhodium re-dipping after extended wear — a standard, inexpensive maintenance step available at most jewellery workshops.
